That's why, we've introduced new measures to our free Service Wash! Any contact points within your Vehicle are being disinfected before being returned to you if your Vehicle is in with us.
Our Service Department re-opens on Monday 11th May 2020 for Pre-Booked Appointments only. Please email email@example.com to book.
Our Aftersales Department are adhering to the Government Guidelines:
- 2M distance
- Antibacterial cleaning of all Vehicles: Door Cards, Dashboard and Infotainment Systems, Steering Wheels, Centre Console, Door Sills
- Antibacterial clean of all Surfaces
- PPE equipment for all Sales / Aftersales Staff
- Collection and Delivery Service for Service/ MOT work
- Reduced availability of bookings, to reduce multiple customers in Area at one given time
- Reduced availability for Loan Cars whilst Vehicle in our Workshop
We've also adapted our Showrooms and Customer areas:
- Showrooms have been deeply cleaned and disinfected
- Antibacterial Hand Gel is placed at all Customer touch points / areas
- Our Restrooms have been cleaned, and Antibacterial Gel and Hand Wash is provided
- Contactless Delivery and Collection Service for Sales and Aftersales
- 2M distance in Showroom and Workshop facilities
With these new rules in place throughout our Business, we'd like to assure you that we are ensuring all areas for our Customers and Staff are safe, have been cleaned and where applicable, the 2M Social Distancing Rule apply.
