White Dove Motor Group are pleased to announce the re-opening of their Service and Parts Department, in line with Government Guidance on May 11th 2020.
As of Monday 22nd June, our Sales Department will also re-open!
The safety of our Customers and Staff is paramount, which is why we've made some changes to our Showroom / Services to ensure maximum safety. In doing this, we hope that you feel safe and confident when visiting our premises.
We've re-arranged the layout of our Showrooms, and have updated our working procedures so the Social Distancing measures can be observed and maintained. All our Showrooms operate on a one way system; there are floor markings laid out across our Dealerships to make the process a little easier.
All of our Showrooms have been deep cleaned, and a thorough cleaning of the premises is carried out daily. To ensure maximum safety among our Customers and Staff, we've got a number of 'Clean Stations' throughout the Dealership. All common touch points are being disinfected regularly!
White Dove Motor Group have a Company Manual that all staff are adhering too. This Manual also runs through the process of anti-bacterial cleanliness within Sold Vehicles, Service Vehicles and Showroom/Forecourt Vehicles.
Alongside our Cleaning Stations and rigorous Showroom Deep Cleans, we're kindly asking that all Customers and Staff stay 2M apart. We've always built strong, friendly relationships with our Customers, but on this occasion kindly ask that Customers and Staff abide by the 'No Handshake Rule'. This will reduce the risk/ spread of potential infection.
All team members are required to wash their hands regularly, and every Technician is to change their Gloves between every Vehicle.

ARRANGING YOUR VISIT
We're looking forward to welcoming you back into our Showrooms, but to ensure this is done safely, please call us ahead of your visit. We're also very active online, so please make an enquiry or email us beforehand. Our Retail Teams will them be able to arrange a suitable time for you to visit us! By having an appointment only system, means we can manage the number of people on-site at all times.
When entering our premises, please apply Hand Gel at our Cleaning Stations, and follow the one-way system that we have in place. For now, we're temporarily suspending refreshments and have reduced the seating in our Waiting Areas. We'd like to thank you all for your understanding at this time, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
VEHICLE COLLECTIONS / DROP OFFS
When bringing your SEAT,SKODA or Suzuki in for a Service at White Dove, we will provide you with a plastic bag, where we kindly ask you place your Key! We will then sanitise this before your Vehicle is taken into our Workshop.
When collecting your Vehicle, all documents will be sent to you electronically unless you require a paper copy. At this time, we only accept Card electronic payments.
All touch points of your vehicle will be sanitised alongside your Key, prior to your collection.
If you have purchased a Vehicle with us, your Sales Executive will be in touch to arrange suitable collection / delivery.
I DON'T WANT TO VISIT WHITE DOVE SHOWROOMS/SERVICE DEPARTMENT BUT I'M INTERESTED IN A CAR OR SERVICE
If you're Vehicle needs a Service/MOT, we are offering Collection and Delivery Services - so you don't have to come to our Showrooms. If you would prefer this, please email us on email@example.com or visit our website.
If you've seen a Vehicle you wish to purchase, or are after some advise on your next car but would rather do this online, then we have lots of options available for you.
We're offering virtual appointments, where we can send videos of the Vehicle you like and you can send us a video walk around of your Part Exchange. In these videos, we'll be able to answer as many questions as you like.
